Our cooking uses only typical ingredients of high quality,
our cellars offers over 250 wines among the best Langa
producers, our ten rooms all have en-suite facilities
(either bath or shower) and overlook a pleasant lanscape.
You will enjoy a walk after tasting the typical albese
raw meat, agnolotti del plin, herbs guinea hen, sheep
and goat robiole, produced in the valley.
In autumn the atmosphere is pervaded by the smell of
truffle from Alba and mushroom from our nearby woods.
