The restaurant is divided into two rooms and can host up to 50 guests. In the summertime it is possible to eat on our panoramic terrace.You will taste all our typical Piedmontese specialities, such as the "Albese" meat carpaccio, the Piedmontese "plin" Ravioli or the "Tajarin" noodles, the stewed Guinea-fowl with herbs or the Chicken with peppers and finally our Hazelnut Desserts. Cravanzana is one of the main centres of the production of this noble nut. In autumn the atmosphere is permeated by the scent of the White Truffle of Alba and by the fragrance of the cep mushrooms which sprout in the woods of the valley.
On the trolley you will find more than 25 varieties of cow, sheep and goat cheese, which are selected depending on the season.
We propose a Menu à la Carte by which every guest can choice its favourite dishes and the price is related to the number of courses that have been chosen.
Our wine list contains more than 250 different affordable quality labels which mainly come from the local region. In our cellar it is possible to find the following typologies of wine: Arneis and Dolcetto from € 16,00; Barbera and Nebbiolo from € 20,00; Barbaresco from € 40,00 and Barolo from € 45,00. There are also an adequate regard of other piedmontese grape varieties which are less known, such as: pelaverga, grignolino, freisa and nas-cëtta.
